So Here we go. 41 years old – in my peak physical fitness – and I go and rupture my right knee ACL. Gutted doesn’t even begin to describe it. Thankfully; i have for the last three years, been training and eating like an athlete and now i am reaping the benefits – both in mind and body.
Yeah it major sucks having this happen but i am using it, with support of friends family and this “blog” to dump down my thoughts, chart the prehab, rehab and recovery. Also for material for my book at 45!
So Lets GO!
