What a difference a week of sleep makes…

So updates

Ive been sleeping 8hrs a night for the last week. Feeling a lot more recharged.

I took a full week off the gym. Sleep catchup was priority.

Returned back to the gym on Monday for a heavier strength training set than I have done in 3months. Squats at 60kg (using BFR for other sets), reverse barbell lunges at 40kgs, atg split squats 8kg weighted each side, calve raises and single leg ext. The doms hit hard yesterday and today. Saw megan today and we will be doing benchmark squat and deadlifts next week to guage current stats.

Not being able to make much progress on nordics. Reminded myself its only 12 weeks post op. And megan said today. The increase in strength will come on soon enough.

Work wise… automation has taken great steps. Hoping to launch the widget for brokers to self serve information such as eac/aq and other info via a credits system. Certain amount of credits are free then there is a cost. Stops the time wasting.

Family life is chill. Glad to be back home.  Did a few.more socials too.
