How to celebrate 100 days post surgery….

Most people might mark 100 days with quiet reflection, perhaps a journal entry or a walk to take stock of how far they have come.

I celebrated by deadlifting 100kgs and Squatting 80kgs.

Ninety five days after ACL reconstruction with a hamstring graft, IT band reinforcement and synthetic augmentation, the bar moved smoothly. No pain, no stiffness, just strength that never really left; it was simply waiting to be reminded.

Yesterday it was 80 kilo squats. Today, 100 kilo deadlifts. Same body weight, 60 kilos.

What a journey so far. Now back on the road to greatness: its time to rebuild and get lean.

This is not the end goal. It is a marker, proof that the comeback is real.
