So Here we are in week 12 post aclr op.
The inner circle around me will know my mood has been short tempered and a major loss of interest in most things. Syd said im approaching burn out so its KEY to nip this in the bud early.
I had a dexa scan yesterday – and it confirmed what I could see visibly – muscle mass down, fat mass up. It was expected so gives me the bench mark to rebuild over the next 12 months
Fat % 16!!
Muscle mass 48.5kg (was 53kgs) before op
Viseral fat low
Ideally I need to gain 0.5kg mass a month to keep it sustained whilst burning out the fat doing weighted vest walks. I will shift the gym programme to 1pm to ensure its all done in time and with energy as Megan’s programme is brutal
Work wise : continue to automate so time freedom is there. Ive noticed some of my email endpoints keep failing and zoho mail support has been terrible.
