Day 1 grind of 2026

So back in the gym yesterday.  Its time to park the coding and get back on the road to health.

So xmas was a bit of a write off with fitness so it was a grind to get back in.

Everything feeling weaker but thats fine – it means we will be back stronger.

Aiming for 5 days this week- and will ramp up.

Megan said to commence to certain plyometrics; i need to be able to do 1.25bw single leg press. This was achieved but dropping back to 60kgs to build stability.

I think that once a month of routine is done, it will be like normal.
