So last week I did my first walk of the month where I head to London, see friends and potter about, eat some food (usually a burger) then get home. Ive done some of my best thinking and planning on these solo days.
I made a conscious effort to ensure I do more rehab this year to reach my goal of skiing Feb 2027.
The gym strength is returning and symmetry is beginning to reappear.
The lower back is still stiff in the mornint but the new chiropractor has been brilliant.
Im going to start incorporating the sissy squat as a way to strengthen knees, quads, ankles the lot. First attempt below
Progress is happening; now to keep momentum…
