Back squats today – worked up to 110kgs and reverse barbell lunges up to 90kg. Felt good. Had more in the tank..had to refrain.
No pain no instability no wobble. Infact the injured knee felt.more stable than the uninjured one.
A friend said after… you sure you’ve ruptured your acl??? Scan says yes. Mind says no. Full flexion says yes!
Sounds a tad bent; but this week has made me realise how much lifting heavy ass weights has beome a part of me. I’m gonna miss this next month! But…. lions… we aren’t made like humans!
