Welcome to The Journal

This is my private space to document the road back. Injury, recovery, mental shifts, and rebuilding the version of me to allow me to semi retire at 45. These entries are raw, quiet, often unpolished, probably unpolitically correct and offensive; but they’re the real me.

If this content does offend you, then please do fuck off. I won't mind.

This is a private writing space. If you’re seeing this, you’ve been invited inside.
