Managed five solid sessions last week; a consistency milestone that had to be reached by either hook or crook. It is finally starting to feel automatic again. Skipped Monday after a late Sunday (no point pretending otherwise), but heading in shortly and looking forward to it.
Focus lately has been on rebuilding deep strength and control rather than chasing numbers. Long-tempo squats, slow eccentrics, and proper full-range work are the staples. I know I can move heavier weight, but that’s not the goal; this phase is about earning clean movement through every angle and rebuilding confidence under load.
Picked up a Roman chair for the office too, so I’m slipping in sets of back extensions throughout the day. It’s a small thing, but it’s keeping my posterior chain active and the graft leg engaged even on desk days.
Momentum’s building again; one controlled rep at a time.
